It is a challenging mix of efficient production processes, good quality systems, managing labor, product innovation, reducing wastage and more. All on the modest margins that are typical in the industry. Our goal is to introduce greater efficiency and simplicity to our Bakery customers. Baking companies use GlobalBake software to improve bottom line results by automating every facet of their baking operation, from inventory, manufacturing, product development, sales forecasting and management to customer service and accounting.

GlobalBake is a New Zealand-based company that provides ERP solutions to hundreds of baking and other food processing companies in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the Middle East. Formed in 1981, it is privately held.

About GlobalBake LLC

GlobalBake LLC was formed in September of 2010, stemming from the need to address the North American market for GlobalBake and the requirement to provide a smooth path for existing Datapax customers to migrate to the latest platform. The entity is located in Phoenix, AZ and is dedicated to marketing and selling the GlobalBake Platform and supporting the legacy Datapax customers.
